These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Philo, a macOS application provided by PT. Inti Kreatif Informatika (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Philo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Philo application.

1. Use of the Application

Philo is a productivity utility designed for personal use on macOS. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the app.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with Philo are owned by PT. Inti Kreatif Informatika or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app unless explicitly authorized.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Philo may include in-app purchases or subscriptions managed through Apple’s StoreKit framework.

  • All purchases are handled directly by Apple Inc.

  • We do not store or have access to your payment information.

  • For billing issues, refunds, or payment management, please refer to your Apple ID account settings or contact Apple Support.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Philo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The app will meet your expectations or requirements.

  • The app will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Any defects or errors will be corrected.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT. Inti Kreatif Informatika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use or inability to use Philo.

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to download or subscribe to the app via the App Store.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Philo at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the app in a manner that causes harm to us or other users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the app after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
